So, being a responsible citizen and a member of the society, we have to play our part well and fulfill the commitments we have made to our clients.
This is the reason why we are working from Home, various tools are playing a great part in helping us handling the challenge which we had never faced before.

- Through VPNs, we are making sure that our employees are within the company network and can access resources like files, software, passwords remotely without any interruption.
- We have installed performance monitoring tools like Screen Meter to make sure employees are doing their work with full dedication.
- We are using applications like Zoom & Google Hangouts, as well as Webinar platforms like EasyWebinar to host client and team meetings.
- Team leads are regularly checking in with their members at regular intervals to just talk, address issues, share progress, and wins.
- Our HR and IT department is always available to help employees if they face any problem in Working from Home.
2. Keeping our employees motivated
Work from home also means a lot of distractions and being unable to talk to anyone when you have a problem or you are feeling low. Hence, as a company, we are keeping our employees motivated by promoting video communication within the team.
While normally these conversations are straight to the context and about checking employee’s work progress or about project-related discussions, sometimes we also enjoy casual talks and light conversations. After all, we want our employees to happy and engaged throughout.
When it comes to delivery of tasks, we trust our employees and know that they will not take work from home as casual. Still, we keep a check on them to ensure they are meeting our expectations.

Although we have experience in handling our clients remotely, doing so has been quite challenging in this time when every member of your team is working from Home. We understand the challenges that we all as businesses are undergoing and hence taking constant measures to help each other in whatever we can.
